Member Help

There are two ways to log into the member portal:

  • Username and password: This is the most common method of entering the Davis Vision site. Members are required to register on the Davis Vision website to access their benefit information. If you haven’t previously registered, use the “Register new account” link on the log in page to register. You will need the ID, last name, and date of birth of the member to register. Your username may be your email address. Your password must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least 1 number or special character. You may use this method every time you enter the site, unless told otherwise.
  • Client code: If you are in open enrollment, laser vision correction, or find an eye care professional, enter the four-digit code described in your enrollment materials, or given to you by your benefit administrator.
