The vision coverage that is available is through a purchase program, which may be referred to as the buy-a-voucher or eye care program.
This program allows you and covered dependents to pre-purchase services by Visa, Mastercard, or personalized check. Once the purchase is made, the participating Davis Vision eye care professional whom you choose will call Davis Vision for authorization.
You should pre-purchase services 48 hours prior to your appointment.
